Uses for our precision sheet metal
Our precision sheet metal is used for a variety of different projects. Most commonly it is used for construction projects revolving around covering or flashing roofs. It can also be used for wall coverings, forming columns, balustrades, pipes and gutters, and many other applications. The air conditioning industry also uses precision metal in their products. Most commonly, sheet metal is used in the refrigeration units of the air conditioner. In the medical field, they take advantage of our high quality sheet medical products by using it for tables and storage units. Sheet metal is an extremely versatile and useful product and at Aero Tech Manufacturing, we make sure that our products will be able to fit any use your business may need it for.
How our sheet metal is made
Our company produces top of the line precision sheet metal by using a highly innovative process. The process is not extremely lengthy, but it does involve several steps. First, the metal is melted down and put into a container called the crucible. Next, it comes out of the crucible and is fitted into a rectangular mold. After the metal has cooled, it is taken out of the rectangular mold and dipped in chemicals for cleaning. The precision sheet metal is now ready to be flattened into the desired thickness. The flattening process may be repeated several times until it is ready to be shipped. Our company ensures that every step of this process is regulated by one of our experienced employees and only high quality products are shipped out.
